Refund policy

Last updated: 6 October 2025

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through [dreadlightwear.com], operated by DreadlightWear (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Each piece is produced in limited quantity, and processing begins immediately to preserve exclusivity and quality.

If you need to correct shipping details, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via email or Instagram DM. Requests made after that window may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if:

The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The order is canceled by DreadlightWear before dispatch due to production or payment issues.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after review.

3. Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dreadlightwear@gmail.com or through Instagram (@dreadlightwear) with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, you may receive an exchange for the same item or store credit of equivalent value.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Sale or discounted products
Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or handling
Products showing signs of wear or alteration

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at dreadlightwear@gmail.com or message us on Instagram (@dreadlightwear).
